  3. Add finely grated carrots to the mixture.
  4. Sift the flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
  5. Add chopped nuts, mix and pour the dough into a mold.
  6. We send the cake to the oven and cook for 40 minutes at 180 ° C, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

We use a sweet variety of carrots for baking. In addition to nuts, raisins and any other dried fruits can be added to the dough.
