Irina Shayk: "I love gold - I'm Russian!"

Russian top model Irina Shayk celebrated her 30th birthday last week. For many women, this date is considered a kind of trait, summing up the first results. Irina has plenty of achievements, and the other day she spoke about one of the most serious.

The past year has been very busy for Shayk. She began a new romantic relationship, besides, the girl signed a "dream contract" - she became the face of the cosmetic giant L'Oréal Paris. As a reminder, Shayk was named the face of L'Oréal last October.

Recently, in an interview with Elle magazine, Irina spoke about the filming process of the first commercial.

“The filming of the hair products 'Luxury 6 oils', Elseve, L'Oréal Paris, took place in Prague. This city is very similar to Paris, where I spend my working days. The plot is based on a day of my life: how I run through photo shoots, prepare for a show, spend an evening. Transferring an exact copy of me to the screen happened thanks to the sensitivity of the director Olivier Venturini. He accepted all my ideas, and most importantly, he allowed himself to behave naturally in the frame”.

Shayk also clarified that she liked the emphasis on shades of gold made by the stylists. “The video contains a lot of gold dresses, interior details and jewelry. It only made me happy: I love gold - I'm Russian!"
