Producer Yana Rudkovskaya took the sons of Andrey and Nikolai to her place. It happened after the arrest of the ex-spouse of the celebrity Viktor Baturin. Recall that at one time the businessman sued the producer for custody of his sons and even proved that Andrei is not Yana's son.

“The detention, I think, will not be for one day. In this regard, we took the children away today, the children are with us, everything is fine with the children, Rudkovskaya said in an interview with the Dozhd TV channel on Tuesday.

The producer added that she has no information about Baturin yet.

“I don’t want to wish him any negative emotions, I would like, of course, that everything was fine with him, despite our very terrible conflict,” Rudkovskaya said.

According to domestic tabloids, on November 29, Viktor Baturin was charged with major fraud. According to the investigation, the businessman presented for redemption a deliberately forged Inteko promissory note in the amount of 10.8 million rubles. Later he said that his sister Elena Baturina, the former co-owner of Inteko and the wife of the former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, had given him the promissory note.

“We now have good, friendly relations with Viktor Nikolaevich Baturin. I am still Viktor Nikolayevich's creditor, I hope that his business will get better and he will pay off with me, just like with other creditors. The kids spend the whole weekend with me and my parents. We are doing well,”Yana said in September.

The issue of putting Baturin in custody has not yet been resolved. He already has an outstanding criminal record: in the summer of 2011, the entrepreneur received a three-year suspended sentence for fraud in real estate transactions.

Producer Yana Rudkovskaya broke up with the entrepreneur in 2008. The divorce was accompanied by numerous scandals and lawsuits. At the same time, the businessman forbade Rudkovskaya to see the children, and Yana went to the courts for a long time. However, in the summer of the outgoing year, the parties managed to come to a consensus: the former spouses agreed that on weekends the children will live with their mother, and on weekdays - with their father. Rudkovskaya spent her summer vacation with her sons.
