Ingredients:
- 350 g pork;
- 500 g potatoes;
- 3 eggs;
- 2-3 st. l. flour;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 3-5 cloves of garlic;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- seasonings for meat to taste.
Preparation:
Rub the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out the juice that has come out, put them in a bowl, fill them with cold water and set them aside for now
Cut the pork into pieces, like into chops, cover with foil and soften on both sides with a kitchen hammer
Salt, pepper and sprinkle the meat with any seasonings for meat dishes
Squeeze the grated potatoes from the water, drive two eggs into it, add salt, pepper, spices and flour. Mix everything well
- Break the remaining third egg into a separate bowl and shake with a fork.
- Next, put the potatoes in a frying pan preheated with oil, form a base for the meat.
Dip the pork in a beaten egg, put it on the potatoes, and cover it with a thin layer of grated potatoes on top
Fry until golden brown on both sides, then transfer to a baking sheet with parchment and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes, temperature 180 ° C
Sprinkle grated cheese on the dish 5 minutes before cooking

Home-style roast
Of all the dishes that can be quickly and tasty cooked from pork for the second, for many, roast is the most favorite. After all, what could be tastier than stewed potatoes with tender meat and delicious gravy?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 800 g pork;
- 2 onions;
- 1 carrot;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- Bay leaf;
- salt to taste;
- 1 tsp paprika;
- peppercorns.
Preparation:
- We wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or brazier, spread the pork and fry.
- Cut the onion into quarters. Cut the carrots into circles, and then cut each into four parts.
- As soon as the meat is browned, put the vegetables to it, mix, cover and cook until the onion is soft.
- Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes, not too small, but not too large. Salt, pour in all the spices and put the bay leaf. We mix everything.
- Put the potatoes on the pork, stir nothing, but add 60 ml of water, cover with a lid and make the very minimum fire. Do not open the lid for 20-25 minutes.
After that, almost ready-made potatoes are mixed with meat and vegetables
Then add the garlic passed through a press, pour in 3-4 ladles of steep salted boiling water
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- After stirring the roast, let it brew for 10 minutes, put it in a deep plate along with the broth. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
If desired, you can add tomato paste diluted in boiling water to the roast. If the paste is sour, then you need to add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
Ojakhuri - pork with potatoes

Ingredients:
- 900 g pork;
- 800 g potatoes;
- 300 g onions;
- 10 g garlic;
- 1 hot pepper;
- 30 g cilantro;
- 50 g of pomegranate;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 0.5 tsp pepper;
- 50 g ghee;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Preparation:
We wash the pork, dry it and cut into pieces
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the meat and fry on both sides until golden brown for 15 minutes
Cut the peeled potatoes in half, and then each half into 3-4 more pieces
In another pan, heat the ghee and fry the potatoes in it for 15 minutes
- Chop the onion in half rings.
- Finely chop a clove of garlic.
- Grind hot peppers into rings.
- We shift the pork to the fried potatoes, add the onion along with garlic and hot pepper. Also add salt and pepper.
Mix everything, cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
Chop the cilantro and sprinkle the potatoes with pork with herbs
Remove the finished dish from the heat, put it on a plate, decorate with pomegranate seeds if desired and serve immediately to the table.
Pork in sweet and sour sauce
You can quickly and tasty cook pork in sweet and sour sauce. The meat turns out to be exquisite in taste, especially all fans of Chinese cuisine will appreciate it. So we begin to prepare an appetizing dish for the second.
Ingredients:
- 400 g pork;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 large clove of garlic;
- fresh ginger;
- half hot pepper;
- 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar;
- 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar;
- 2 tsp potato starch;
- 1 tsp dijon mustard;
- 1/3 cup water.
Preparation:
We wash the meat, free it from excess films and cut it across the fibers, first into pieces, like into chops 1 cm thick. After that, beat the meat so that the pieces become very thin, and then cut everything into thin strips
- Put the pork in a bowl, pour in 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, mix and set aside for now.
- Red and hot peppers, peeled from seeds, chop the carrots into thin strips.
- Finely chop the garlic and a small piece of fresh ginger.
- For the sauce, pour the remaining soy sauce, balsamic vinegar into a bowl, add mustard, add cane sugar and half of the starch. Stir until smooth.
- Then add water to the sauce, mix again and set aside for now.
- We send the other half of the starch to the meat, mix.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, spread the carrots and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add sweet and hot peppers to the carrots, fry for another 2 minutes
- Remove the fried vegetables from the pan, add a little more oil and quickly fry the garlic and ginger on it.
- Now we spread the meat, mix, fry for 3-4 minutes and return the vegetables.
- Mix everything, fry for 3-4 minutes and pour in the sauce.
Let the sauce boil and warm up all the ingredients together for a couple of minutes
As a rule, rice is served with pork in sweet and sour sauce, but if you wish, you can prepare any other side dish. We also recommend trying Chinese pork with fresh or canned pineapple.

- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon;
- 0.5 tsp turmeric;
- 2 tbsp. l. flour;
- 500 ml chicken broth;
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 0.5 tsp black pepper;
- 10 g of greens.
Preparation:
Cut the pork into 1, 5 cm cubes
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat pieces over high heat until golden brown. Then put it in a bowl
Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it for 2 minutes
- Add the garlic passed through a press to the onion, mix and fry for another 1 minute. Put cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric, tomato paste, mix everything.
- Cut the carrots into circles or semicircles. Cut the celery into small pieces. Pour them into the rest of the ingredients and return the meat.
Sprinkle everything with flour, mix and pour in chicken broth or plain water
After boiling, simmer the goulash under the lid for an hour, at the end add chopped parsley
For a tasty crust, the pork pieces can be lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar before frying.
"Lazy" chops
"Lazy" chops are a real find for those who need to quickly prepare something tasty for the second. Such a pork dish does not require much time and effort, which is sure to please many housewives.
Ingredients:
- 300 g pork;
- 1 tbsp. l. potato starch;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- spices to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation:
Cut the pork into small cubes and send it to a bowl
We drive in an egg to the meat, add mayonnaise, salt and your favorite spices, starch and stir everything well. We remove the meat in a cool place for at least 1 hour
Then heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the meat with a spoon and fry like pancakes for 5-6 minutes on each side

If you want to fry chops from a whole piece of meat, then 2 hours before cooking, pork can be greased with a mixture of vinegar and vegetable oil, so the meat will turn out to be more tender

Korean pork is another meat dish that can be quickly prepared for the second. Spicy, aromatic and ruddy pork slices will make any lunch or dinner hearty and tasty.
Ingredients:
- 750 g pork loin;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 60 ml soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. l. honey;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tsp sesame oil;
- 1 tsp ginger;
- 2 tsp chili sauce;
- ½ tsp black pepper;
- greens to taste.
Preparation:
Pour pepper, garlic, chopped fresh ginger into a bowl, add soy sauce, honey and chili sauce. Mix everything thoroughly
Put the pork slices in the resulting marinade and leave for 20 minutes
Fry the meat in a pan with heated oil on both sides for 5 minutes
Then pour in the remaining marinade, sesame oil and cook for another 5 minutes
At the end, sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove the finished dish from the heat
Pork is a very fatty meat, so you should not use high-calorie marinades in cooking.
Pasta with meat in a slow cooker
In a multicooker, you can quickly prepare a hearty dinner. Despite the fact that the recipe is very simple, the dish turns out to be delicious and everyone will definitely like it.
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork;
- 500 g pasta;
- 150 g onions;
- 120 g carrots;
- 180 g tomato;
- 3 tbsp. l. ketchup;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Preparation:
Chop the onion and tomatoes into small cubes. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater
- Cut the pork into small pieces.
- Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" mode and immediately send onions with carrots and tomatoes.
- Fry vegetables for 5 minutes, and then add meat to them.
After 5 minutes, put in the ketchup, mix
Disable the "Fry" mode. Pour salt, a mixture of peppers and 200 ml of boiling water into the meat with vegetables. Close the lid and cook the pork according to the Stew program for 30 minutes
After the signal, fill in the pasta, some more salt and pour boiling water so that all the ingredients are completely in the water
- We select the "Rice-groats" mode and bring the dish to readiness within 10 minutes.
- If you managed to buy homemade pork, then you should not interrupt its taste with a lot of spices - salt and pepper will be enough.
