- salt, pepper - according to preference;
- boiled water - 1 glass.

Preparation:
Chicken breasts are best for cooking. First of all, cut the fillets into slices, add salt and pepper

Ingredients:
- minced chicken or pork - 500 gr;
- pasta for stuffing - 1 package;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- potatoes - 1 pc.;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l;
- water - 0.5 tbsp.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- seasonings of your choice - 1 tbsp. l.;
- spices, salt and pepper - as needed.
Preparation:
- Wash all food thoroughly.
- Grate onions with carrots on a coarse grater, fry in sunflower oil in a skillet.
Chop the potatoes, put all this together with the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix
Prepare the sauce: add tomato paste and spices to half a glass of water
Start the pasta "nests" with minced meat: you can form the shape of the "nests" that you prefer - stretch them to long oval ones, or, conversely, make them small and round
Put the blanks in a frying pan for frying from onions and carrots, pour over the sauce

- vegetable oil and butter - a couple of spoons each;
- greens to decorate the dish;
- salt, pepper, your favorite spices.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the chicken, mushrooms (champignons are best) and onions.
- Chop the herbs and finely grate the cheese.
- Add vegetable and butter to a frying pan, put chicken, fry.
- After the chicken, fry the onion and mushrooms in the same skillet. Continue simmering until all the water has evaporated.
While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare the buns: cut off the top, cut out the pulp, as in the photo, lay them on a baking sheet

- honey of any kind - 1 tbsp. l.;
- salt, black pepper - to taste;
- spices that you like;
- water or low-fat cream (up to 10%) - 200 ml.
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into thin layers and cut them into chops
Brush the chicken with mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Leave in this form to marinate for 10 minutes
After the meat has soaked in the marinade, spread the cream cheese on one side of the fillet, then roll it over to form rolls. Do not forget to bend the ends on 2 sides so that the cheese does not leak out when baking

- mozzarella - 200 gr;
- hard cheese - 100 gr;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- tomato paste - 150 gr;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- greens (dill, parsley);
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- ground pepper, salt - to taste.
Preparation:
First, cut the chicken fillet (it will turn out more tender than with beef or pork), onions and mushrooms - into small pieces
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, start frying the onion, bring it to a golden crust.
- Gradually add mushrooms and meat to onions, fry until the chicken turns white.
- After that, add tomato paste, spices, herbs to the mixture, continue to simmer over low heat.
- While the filling is stewing, start preparing the sauce: mix the cottage cheese with grated hard cheese and herbs. Take 2/3 of the whole serving of cheese, we still need the rest.
- Add one beaten chicken egg to the mixture.
- Form the dish in layers: first - pasta specially for lasagna, second - meat mass from a frying pan, third - curd sauce, topped with chopped mozzarella cheese on top. Lay the layers in the same order two more times.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

- fat cream (more than 20% fat) - 100 ml;
- parsley, dill - 1 branch;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;

Preparation:
- Boil the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet in oil for two to five minutes until golden brown. Make sure that the meat does not burn, it is very easy to overcook!
- Make a quick sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix it with cream and yolks. Pour the mixture into a skillet with ready-made bacon, bring to a boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Cooking step by step:
