What to do:

1) Wash eggs thoroughly in advance with soap, dry and refrigerate. Cold whites are easier to beat.

2) Pour 50-60 ml of water over gelatin for a few minutes.

3) Grind the sugar substitute.

4) Take a clean and dry dish, carefully separate the whites from the yolks. I read on the Internet that if the fat gets into the protein, then the protein will not churn. Beat the whites with a mixer until peaks, add the sweetener, beat again.

5) At this time, heat the gelatin over low heat, but do not bring to a boil, otherwise even vanilla will not save from the smell. It is better to add vanilla essence to gelatin rather than protein. On low heat, gelatin becomes liquid. So it is easier to pour it into proteins.

  • A teaspoon of cocoa powder;
  • A little water to make a thick mass out of all this.

What to do:

1) I took chilled eggs, carefully separated the egg whites from the yolks so that not even a drop of yolk got into.

2) Place the egg whites in a perfectly clean and perfectly dry dish.

3) I took a mixer (the same clean and dry) and started whipping my future homemade meringue for about 15 minutes.

4) When the proteins turned into a thick foam, so thick that even when the dishes were turned over, they did not fall to the floor, I added crushed stevia tablets and a little vanillin there.

5) After that, I covered the baking sheet with non-stick paper, and then, using an ordinary dry teaspoon, laid the meringue on it. Of course, it's best to spread with a pastry syringe or bag. It will be more beautiful.

  • Lentils - 180 g
  • Water - 0.7 l
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Soft cottage cheese - 100 g
  • Cocoa powder - 20 g
  • Sweetener - to taste
  • Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Instant coffee - 1 tsp.
  • Boiling water - 2 tbsp.
  • Sunflower oil - for lubrication

For impregnation:

  • Orange - 0.5 pcs.
  • For the glaze cream:
  • Soft cottage cheese - 150 g
  • Orange - 0.5 pcs.
  • Gelatin - 1 tsp
  • Sweetener - to taste

What to do:

1) Rinse the lentils, transfer to a saucepan and cover with water. Put the saucepan on the fire and cook until lentils are cooked. Then remove from heat, drain the remaining water, and puree the lentils. Set lentil puree aside and cool.

2) Then transfer the mashed potatoes to a bowl and add the egg and sweetener, mix. Then pour coffee into a cup and pour 2 tablespoons of boiling water, stir and cool. 5) Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl, add the sweetener and gelatin, mix thoroughly. Put a bowl of cream in the refrigerator.
