“It is obvious that the smear campaign against me, and ineptly fabricated,” Charlie Sheen responded, “with the aim of traumatizing my psyche and, ultimately, forcing me to shell out a larger amount. I regret that I gave her the right to choose the form of benefits for our children."
Denise Richard also asked the judges to legally restrict Charlie's visits to the children, and that they would certainly take place in the presence of a police officer or, in extreme cases, a nanny. The court heeded the request and issued an order directing Shin to stay within 300 feet of the family and to visit the children under strict supervision.
