Last year Elena became the happy mother of Eva's daughter. After giving birth, the athlete pondered for a long time about the question of returning to big sport and in the end decided to try to start preparations for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

“If an old injury interferes with preparation, then I will not do it. Either I am preparing for gold, or I will announce my retirement, - said the champion. - Knowing myself, I can say that if I really want something, I will achieve it. At competitions I am a different Isinbaeva - there I am a panther, ready to attack the victim. And in life I am kind and fluffy, like a bunny."

To date, Elena has 28 world records.

Over the past few months, the athlete has been actively training and finally reported on the long-awaited success. “The training was wonderful today! The jumping technique is becoming more perfect every day. There is already a desire to perform and create, but I will restrain myself,”Elena wrote in social networks. Of course, the subscribers immediately supported the athlete and was quick to announce that they dream of cheering for Isinbayeva in Rio and then celebrating her victory.

Recall that Elena did not play in tournaments after the victorious world championship in 2013 in Moscow, taking a break in her career due to the birth of her first child. “Now I have my regular fitness workouts three times a week. There is no need to talk about any cool physical shape now. Until the end of 2015, we will work in this mode, and in December there will be clarity, - Isinbayeva explained earlier. - Or I will say that the body does not bother and I can jump. Well, if not, we will think."
