While we were on the train for a day, we managed to get tired again and after that we needed rest after rest … And after a couple of days, my throat started to hurt as usual. As usual - a week later the vacation spent seemed like last year's dream, and before the next one - like walking to Berlin. That's when I thought: How is that? You work, work, wait, this couple of weeks a year, like manna from heaven, and in the end - you get out of vacation, and after a week or two you again become the same sluggish carrot, as if you are not Something is wrong here, and if it is not so, something needs to be changed.
There were plenty of incentives for experimentation. First, fatigue does not have the best effect on work. Secondly (or is it in the first place?), Because of the lowered tone, sexual life suffers greatly. Thirdly, my tired look in the mirror completely depressed me. Since I had just taken a vacation, I had to think about how to put my body in order with "improvised" means.
I started with the weekend. Somehow it turns out that it is on weekends that we most often plan various chores around the house: washing, cleaning, ironing, cooking, shopping for a week's supply of food … But what if you were smart and spread these things on weekdays? So that not in such a crowd - over the weekend, but little by little - from Monday to Friday? And devote the weekend to something less prosaic, for example, arrange a family trip to the cinema or theater, go on a picnic with friends, go with the younger ones to an ice cream parlor, ride in the park on roller skates, read a book that I have been looking at for the last six months, look Vidic, finally. In a word, change the pace, relax and … relax in the truest sense of the word. It turned out that it was not so difficult and rest after rest not so difficult:

At the very least, during your lunch break, you should go outside and walk a little (at least to the nearest store or cafe).
In a word, you and I are still far from vacation. Therefore, we will arrange rest after rest right now, so that, God forbid, do not catch the "chronic fatigue syndrome".
