Video: TV channel "Russia" will ruin Anastasia Zavorotnyuk

Actress Anastasia Zavorotnyuk runs the risk of being on the verge of bankruptcy. And it's not even the financial crisis. The frivolity of the "beautiful nanny" threatens to play a cruel joke with her. The Rossiya TV channel filed a lawsuit against the actress demanding to collect a total of more than 17 million rubles for terminating the contract with the TV channel.
The lawsuit says that Zavorotnyuk entered into a cooperation agreement with "Russia" on June 16, 2008. According to the agreement, Anastasia Zavorotnyuk pledged to "play the role of a presenter or co-host" when filming a number of entertainment programs, and also not to participate in these roles in projects of third parties, RIA Novosti reports.
Also, without prior agreement with the Zavorotnyuk TV channel, it was not allowed to give interviews, participate in programs on radio, television and other similar events. The amount of the contract, as well as the terms of its validity are not named.
However, on August 29, Zavorotnyuk decided to terminate the contract with "Russia" unilaterally, which she informed the channel in writing. In connection with the violation of the terms of the agreement, representatives of "Russia" ask the court to fine the actress 417 thousand rubles, and also to recover from her a penalty in the amount of 16 million 680 thousand rubles. The claim of "Russia" against Zavorotnyuk will be considered by the Simonovsky Court of Moscow. The first hearings are scheduled for November 20, 2008.
