The famous writer Oksana Robski owed 620 thousand rubles to the Russian Standard Bank. The Meshchansky Court of Moscow ordered the writer to settle accounts with the bank, fully satisfying the claim of CJSC "Bank Russian Standard" to recover the debt under a loan agreement in the amount of 619 thousand 610 rubles 03 kopecks.

The court also recovered from the defendant Oksana Robski 7 thousand 198 rubles 05 kopecks in legal costs.

Based on the materials of the civil case, Oksana Robski issued an American Express credit card in Russian Standard in 2008, subsequently she repeatedly paid for purchases and withdrawn cash from it. At the same time, the writer violated the agreement with the bank and did not pay a penalty for constantly missing the deadline for making payments on debts.

As a result, her debt to the bank increased to the amount recovered, and on January 19 of this year, in order to resolve the conflict, Russian Standard went to court.

Oksana Robski owns a private security agency and writes books about the life of the business elite - entrepreneurs and their wives living on Rublevskoye Highway. The first and most famous Casual novel, which takes place on Rublevka, was released in 2004. Subsequent to one degree or another exploited the found gold mine - among the episodic characters mentioned in Robski's works, there are real persons like Ksenia Sobchak, co-author of the book "Zamuzh …", and Alla Pugacheva, and a number of plot lines are deliberately shocking and connected with contract killings and drugs.

Perhaps Robski is also currently working on a book in which her character is being prosecuted. In this case, the conflict with the bank gave the writer invaluable experience. In turn, the management of "Russian Standard" should now be ready to recognize themselves among the characters of the new novel.
