She knows very well how to seduce a billionaire. However, as far as everyday financial issues are concerned, here the Rublev writer Oksana Robski needs competent advisers. Now the author of a number of bestsellers is faced with a difficult financial task: how to get back more than half a million rubles of debt?
On the eve of the Meshchansky Court of Moscow, Oksana Robski ordered to return the debt of almost 620 thousand rubles to the Russian Credit Bank, the press secretary of the court Tatyana Frolova told the Russian Agency for Legal and Judicial Information (RAPSI).
According to the materials of the civil case, in 2008 Robski received an American Express card from the Russian Standard Bank, with which she repeatedly withdrawn cash, and also paid for purchases with the card.
At the same time, the plaintiff claims, the defendant constantly violated the agreement with the bank and did not pay a fee for missing the loan repayment. As a result, the writer owed the bank about 620 thousand rubles, and the bank on January 19 of this year went to court with a claim to return the debt.
By the way, according to Oksana, she is by no means a lover of “throwing money”. Rather, the opposite is true. “It seems to me that everyone needs to save, of course. I'm not a spender at all, I just know how to make such an impression,”the writer explained in one of her interviews.
“The court satisfied the claim of CJSC“Bank Russian Standard”to recover the debt under the loan agreement in the amount of 619 thousand 610 rubles 03 kopecks. The court also recovered from the defendant Oksana Robski 7 thousand 198 rubles 05 kopecks of legal costs, RIA Novosti quotes the court's press secretary.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time Robski has encountered problems of this kind. So, last year, the writer had to sort things out with employees of public utilities. The celebrity mansion was almost deprived of electricity, since Oksana's debt was about 70 thousand rubles.
