Ingredients:
potatoes - 2-3 pcs., boiled cold fish - 300 g, carrots - 2 pcs., fresh cucumber - 2 pcs., boiled egg - 3 pcs., kvass - 1.5 liters, juice 0.5 lemon, dill, tarragon, parsley, green onions, black pepper and salt to taste.

Ingredients:
pickled mushrooms (can be salted) - 200 g, potatoes - 4-5 pcs., horseradish - 50 gr., sour cream - 150 gr., bread kvass - 2 l., green onions to taste.
Boil potatoes in their skins, peel, cut into small pieces. Peel the horseradish root and grate, finely chop the green onion. Rinse the mushrooms, chop finely. Mix everything, fill with half sour cream, pour in kvass. Let it brew for about 15 minutes. Only then add salt (some of it will come from the mushrooms). Add the rest of the sour cream before serving.
3. Okroshka with krill meat
Ingredients:
krill meat (boiled-frozen) - 250 g (can be replaced with boiled shrimp);
egg - 2 pcs., fresh cucumber - 3 pcs., potatoes - 2 pcs., green onions - 1 bunch, sour cream - 2 tablespoons, sugar and mustard - 1 tsp each, salt to taste.
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, cut, as usual. Defrost the krill meat, bring the water to a boil, add a little greens, discard the meat, cook for 1 minute, catch with a slotted spoon, cool, disassemble into pieces. Hard boil eggs, peel, mix with krill and potatoes. Grind half of one yolk with sugar, mustard and a tablespoon of sour cream. Separately chop the fourth part of a bunch of green onions and grind with salt. Finely chop the remaining eggs. Mix both dressings, add to kvass, mix. Put vegetables on plates, pour prepared kvass, add sour cream.
