The latest news from the Kremlin reports that public sector wages will grow by 6.8% in 2021. From 2022, public sector workers in Russia will begin to receive wages under the new rules. The funds are laid in the country's budget.

In addition, it is planned to allocate 30% of the salary as material assistance to state employees, and 50% for health improvement.

According to the adopted amendments to the Labor Code, the Government should develop new requirements for the establishment of wages in each industry. The first to receive a salary according to the changed rules are doctors. This will happen from January 1, 2022. Then the changes will affect other areas as well.
