The exam schedule has already been drawn up. The unified state exam in geography for all Russian schoolchildren will be held on May 24. It will be Monday. All eleventh graders who choose this subject must report to the exam location.

Task structure

The exam consists of 34 items. There are 27 questions in the first part, they require a short answer. Knowledge of land use, ecology, encyclopedic awareness will be useful.

There are KIMs that require a simple answer. To do the other tasks correctly, you need to reason. A phrase, a sequence of numbers or a number - this is how the answer will look like.

7 tasks in the second part of the exam. The answer to the first would be a drawing, for example, a terrain profile. The rest are required to be answered in detail, demonstratively, in the form of a folded text.

How assignments are graded

Two points are awarded for correct answers in tasks: 3-4, 11, 14-15, 18, 28-34.

1 point is given for the correct execution of other materials.

100 test points is equal to 47 collected initially. This is the maximum score.

The primary score when checked is transferred to the test. The exam is considered to be successfully passed if the work scored 40 test points.

If the result of passing the exam in geography is needed for admission to a university, you need to know in advance what score is required for admission.

The minimum score as a result of the school exam is not a passing pass for admission.

The result of the exam can be improved by also successfully passing the assignments, but already in the next year. A whole year of preparation will provide an opportunity to purposefully study the subject. For girls, there is a risk of getting married and changing plans. And it is more difficult for young men to lose a year, because conscription into the army changes not only plans, but also outlook on life.
