• potassium is introduced into the soil to form healthy and full-fledged bulbs;
• phosphorus must be present in the soil for the rest of the time, while the plant will develop and grow.

For feeding, both mineral and organic fertilizers can be used. At the same time, many summer residents use mixed types of complementary foods for fertilization. Each fertilization option has its own administration schedule, as well as a suitable dosage for the plant. Ash use

1. To introduce fertilization, you should prepare the soil in advance for planting onions in the spring. It is dug up and ash is added to it.
2. It is enough to pour about one hundred grams of the resulting powder per square meter. If possible, it is better to dilute one hundred grams of ash in ten liters of water and pour the soil with such a mixture.

Fertilizers for obtaining greens

Fertilizer can be applied only after the plant reaches fifteen centimeters.

To get juicy greens, more nitrogen should be added to the soil. To obtain nitrogen, it is allowed to use organic matter:

1. Horse manure and water are taken, twenty parts of water are used for one part of the fertilizer. Insist on such a remedy for at least a week in a warm place. The resulting liquid is diluted in water, one liter of the composition is taken for ten liters. The prepared solution is poured over the onion at the root.
2. Mullein is mixed with water in a ratio of one to ten, after which it is left to infuse for one week. Two liters of the resulting solution are diluted in a bucket of water and the onions are watered.
3. If bird droppings are used, then at least twenty-five parts of water are taken for one part.

This amount of water is necessary so that the urea does not burn the plant roots. The agent is insisted for at least ten days, after which a liter of slurry is diluted in a bucket of clean water and irrigated.
