In connection with the difficult situation that has developed in Russia due to the coronavirus, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the need for payments to all children aged 3 to 15, inclusive. Terms of accrual of money after filing an application

You can apply for money from the state related to the spread of coronavirus in Russia for children from May 12, 2020.

This can be done on the "Gosuslugi" portal or on the website of the Russian Pension Fund. But even if the application was submitted on May 12, you should not wait for payment immediately.

Funds will begin to flow to the specified bank account no earlier than June 1 of the current year. An application for receiving financial support from the state can be submitted until October 1.

According to the Government Decree of 11.05.2020 No. 652, after the application is registered on any of the selected sites, a period of 5 working days is set for its consideration. After considering the application, the funds are transferred to the bank card of one of the parents no later than 3 days later.

If the application is not approved for any reason, then employees are required to notify the applicant about this within 24 hours after the application is considered.

After the speech of the President of Russia, many people had a question about who can apply to receive a payment for each child in the amount of 10,000 rubles. To a greater extent, this is due to the phrase said by the president: "All those in need will be able to receive material benefits."

Based on this, many thought that the payment would be provided only to low-income citizens. In fact, this is not the case. Payments of 10 thousand rubles will be made after submitting an application for each child of the Russian Federation, in the event that he and his parents are citizens of the country. At the same time, parents do not need to collect documents, and the application can be submitted remotely.

How to get the service

Not only parents, but also adoptive parents can apply for payment. To draw up an application, you will need data about the child, as well as information about the account to which funds will be credited if the application is approved.

It is required to act according to the following algorithm:

1. Login to the website of government services or the Pension Fund.
2. Select the "Lump sum payment for children aged 3 to 16" section.
3. Fill in all the required information regarding the child.
4. Fill in the "Bank account" column. It is the account that is entered, not the card number, so it is better to clarify the bank details in advance.
5. After filling out the application, it remains to await a decision within 5 working days. If a positive decision is made, the money must be credited to the specified account within 3 days.

A payment of 10 thousand rubles is received automatically after the application has been considered in favor of the applicant.
