Who can count on payments

It is known that you will not need to submit documents confirming family income in order to receive 5 thousand rubles. You only need to have the right to receive a maternity capital.

There have been suggestions about where it will be possible to receive the due payments for the child in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection. Detailed information can be found by contacting the local MFC, where you can submit an application. It is assumed that it will be possible to fill it out through the FIU.

Given the current situation and the imposed quarantine, it is best to deal with payment processing online and submit an application electronically. Presumably, accepting documents from Russian citizens with children will begin on April 1.

Benefits for children under seven from June

Addressing the Russian people, head of state Vladimir Putin drew attention not only to providing cash payments to families with children under three years old, but also noted at what age and at what age the money is due. This applies to families raising a child between the ages of 3 and 7.

According to the presidential decree, they are assigned payments from January 1 of this year. Funds will begin to be transferred from June 2020, and not from July, as previously planned.
