Actor Paul Walker was burned to death in a car accident two years ago. But he could have survived if the creators of the Carrera GT car did a little work on the flaws of the designers. This statement was filed in civil court by the daughter of the star, 16-year-old Meadow (Meadow).

Paul Walker died in a car accident on November 30, 2013. Walker's Porsche sports car crashed into a lamp post. The car caught fire. A friend of the actor was driving the car. According to the coroner's report, the 40-year-old actor in the passenger seat died from multiple injuries and burns. Death was ruled an accident.

However, now Meadow Walker intends to seek compensation from the automaker, and, most likely, we are talking about a very impressive amount.

As the journalists found out, in the lawsuit filed with the Los Angeles Supreme Court, it is alleged that the Porsche company unjustifiably saved on the study of safety features of the Carrera GT model of 2005. In particular, improperly designed seat belts are mentioned among the problems cited in the claim. Because of their blockage after the impact, the survivor Walker "was in a supine position" until the car caught fire 80 seconds later. The manufacturer is also accused of a design error in which the fuel supply was not automatically turned off after the accident.

“In the absence of these defects in the Porsche Carrera GT, Paul Walker would be alive today,” - said in the statement of claim.

Representatives of Porsche have not yet responded to questions from journalists.
