Cooking method:

Pre-bake the pumpkin in the oven. Put the pumpkin cut into pieces in a mold, send the apple cut into quarters and the crushed garlic clove there, pour 1 tbsp of vegetables over the vegetables. l. olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake the pumpkin until soft.

Add chopped onion, celery stalks and garlic (1 clove) to the olive oil heated in a saucepan. Fry until the onions are translucent.

Prepare the dough: dissolve the yeast in warm water, mix all the ingredients. It turns out an obedient, plastic, but not sticky dough. Leave it to come up for 1-1.5 hours.

Cut the onion into half rings, add it to the heated oil and cook completely, waiting until it starts to turn a little golden.

Add balsamic vinegar, wine, salt and sugar, simmer until the liquid evaporates. Postpone.

Peel the apples. Cut into quarters, remove the cores, cut each piece lengthwise into 3-4 pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, pour sugar on the butter in a thin layer, put apples on the sides. They will give some juice and caramelize. Turn over to the other side, cook a little more and turn off. Salt a little.

Break the cheese into random pieces.

In order for the pizza to be rosy and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, its cooking temperature should be about 280-300 degrees, but at home it is rarely possible to reach temperatures above 265 degrees. There is a little secret. You can take two baking sheets. Turn one of them upside down, cover it with foil or parchment, and heat the second inside the oven. Put the dough on the baking sheet remaining outside, onion on the dough, apples and cheese on top in random order, sprinkle it all with walnuts. When the temperature rises to the maximum, take out the hot baking sheet and put the pizza foil on it. Immediately place in the oven for 9-10 minutes.

3 homemade raw minced sausages

1 apple

1 egg

150 ml milk

2 tbsp. l. with a heap of flour

1 tbsp. l. olive oil

1 tsp butter

1 tsp mustard seeds

a pinch of sea salt

Cooking method:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the sausages on all sides, then cut in half.

Combine the egg with mustard, salt, pepper and beat everything with a mixer.
