From ancient China, a myth came to us about how women, masterly mastering their intimate muscles, worked miracles in bed, for example, they could hold the "jade core" of a man in an erect state for a long time. One legend tells of the emperor's concubine who grabbed his penis with her vagina so tightly that it "broke." Chinese priestesses could "absorb" even an unerigated penis with the vagina, and then, massaging it with intimate muscles, brought the partner to orgasm! Also, Chinese women knew how to "stop" menstruation. This allowed them to have sex at any stage of the cycle. The Taoists mistakenly believed that the priestesses of love performed all these tricks thanks to the "pumped up" muscles of the vagina.

Anatomy of imbuilding: the whole truth from the gynecologist

It has now been proven that consciously controlled vaginal muscles do not exist! The vagina of a woman is an organ consisting of several layers of smooth muscles, the activity of which does not obey our thoughts and desires.

The virtuosity of the ancient Chinese priestesses from modern positions can be explained by the training of the striated muscles of the perineum. The main ones - the constrictor of the vagina (m. Constrictor cunni) and the external sphincter of the anus (m. Sphincter ani externus) - form the so-called pubococcygeal (PC) muscle, which looks like a figure of eight, which we can consciously control.

Possession of the PC muscle, as well as the friendly muscles of the abdominals, buttocks, thighs and the diaphragm, which regulates intra-abdominal pressure and creates negative pressure in the vagina, allowed the Chinese priestesses to conquer the emperors. Now the complex for training intimate muscles is known as imbuilding.

Test: do you own intimate muscles

First, let's try to feel the work of the PC muscle. This can be done while urinating. If you can stop this process, then you are connecting the PC muscle! Next, try to test its strength using a simple test:

  • sit comfortably, relax,
  • gently insert two fingers (index and middle) into the vagina, treating them with lubricant or oil; breathe calmly;
  • spread the fingers in the vagina;
  • and now using the power of the PC muscle, try to squeeze your fingers;
  • while continuing to squeeze the PC muscle, spread your fingers again.

If you easily squeeze two fingers and can prevent them from spreading, then your PC muscle is well developed. Even in the absence of constant training, this is possible in young nulliparous women who regularly have sex and experience vaginal orgasms.

Loss of elasticity and strength of intimate muscles may result from:

  • childbirth, especially repeated,
  • sharp weight loss,
  • climacteric changes.

I suggest you try exercises to strengthen intimate muscles. As a gynecologist, I can say with confidence: imbuilding should be done for health, since these exercises improve blood circulation in the genitals, strengthen the ligamentous apparatus of the internal genitals, and contribute to the prevention and treatment of prolapse of the genitals.

I want to warn you: imbuilding is contraindicated in the presence of inflammatory diseases of the genital organs.

Exercises with "simulators"

We use jade eggs to strengthen the intimate muscles. It is better to purchase a set of three eggs of different sizes. During training, the diameter of the testicle to be used will decrease. Remember to wash the eggs well and warm them to body temperature before use.

  1. In the first stages, try to immerse a jade testicle in the bosom and walk with it. Repeat with other egg sizes.
  2. Insert the egg into the bosom. In the supine position, the legs are bent at the knees, support on the feet, squeeze the PC muscle and try to move the testicle up to the cervix. Then relax and lower it down. Repeat the up and down movement of the testicle. Perform exercises in different positions: lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, support on the feet; standing, legs - shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  3. In order to improve the technique, two testicles can be used. Learn to move them in different directions - to each other and, conversely, from each other. It is possible! Just take your time, get hold of one egg first.
  4. Insert the egg deep into the vagina and push it out sharply. Take a few of these "shots." Perform the exercise in different positions as in step 2.

Weightlifting for intimate muscles

If you are good at moving and pushing the testicle, you can try tying a weight to it. To work with a load, an egg of medium diameter is chosen, which has a special hole for the thread. Use a plastic water bottle as a load. Start with a small volume - 250 ml. Try to hold the load with intimate muscles, lift it off the floor, sit down, putting it on the floor, walk with the load around the room, swing it. Try moving the weighted egg up and down.

You can gradually increase the volume of water in the bottle, bringing it to 1-1.5 liters. It is enough to simply hold the maximum weight due to the strength of the PC muscle for several minutes; it is not necessary to move it. Imbuilding with weights should be performed no more than 2 times a week.

For the development of intimate muscles, you can also use special simulators, dildos, vibrators, vaginal balls and other stimulants. The advantages of working with this kind of "toys" include their ease of use and closeness to the real situation. You, being in a state of sexual arousal and while maintaining control over the intimate muscles, you can consciously control them.
