For some reason they say: whoever has a mess at home has chaos in his head. Previously, I argued with this opinion, challenged and defended a different point of view in every possible way, they say, it doesn’t mean anything if I don’t like tidying up the room and on the desktop. I've always argued that this is a creative mess. And, you know, until a certain period in my life, I myself believed in it.

The fact that I create chaos around me has been proven by years of life, and I cannot stand the imposed order. Ever since childhood, I remember my protest if my mother asked me to clean up the room - I never did it, even if I myself understood that it was necessary, just for the sake of principle. I cleaned and cleaned only of my own free will.

My profession is really creative, and so is my nature. I write articles, sometimes poems, work in the advertising department, but the connection between these facts of my biography and the mess at home, at work, in the car, with growing up and a little different understanding of my own life is more and more lost. Now I have become somehow more serious about the phrase with which I began my story.

Of course, if the house is always in perfect order, sterility, everything shines and shines, this does not mean that its owners lead a prosperous and happy life. An atmosphere of tension and discontent often reigns in such houses and apartments.

From the point of view of psychology, everything is simple: if you do not know how to put things in order in small things, organize your own life, then you are unlikely to cope with more serious tasks.

Therefore, I advise you to learn how to put things in order and cleanliness in your own apartment - then life's tasks will seem simpler to you. Look around your square meters - after all, they are a direct continuation of your own I. Follow a few simple rules and recommendations, and they will help you find the golden mean in order to find harmony in life and with yourself.

1. A well-known truth says: "Do not put off until tomorrow what you can do today."

It's the same with cleaning. Do not wait to the last. If your desk or bookshelves have already started to get covered with a layer of dust - it's time to get down to the rag!

The wrong approach: each of us has had situations when, before the arrival of guests, you suddenly (!) Discovered that your home looks far from attractive. Chairs in the room are littered with clothes, bags are scattered, the TV has become worse to show due to a layer of dust on it, and so many dirty dishes have accumulated in the sink that you can't manage it in a week, you think. In fact, this is far from suddenly!

You try to clean up in a few hours what has been accumulating for weeks: you urgently wash the dishes, shove clothes into the closets, and blow dust off the books. And all in order to create at least the appearance of cleanliness and order. In this way, you create the appearance, and not the order itself.

Correct approach: it is much more advisable to maintain a certain level of cleanliness at all times. The house needs to be dealt with a little, but every day.

By the way, keeping the house clean is much easier than spontaneously starting cleaning!

2. Critical inspection

The wrong approach: familiar situation - are you admiring all those unnecessary figurines, candlesticks, toys and cute boxes that take up a lot of space on your shelves? At the same time, you terribly dislike constantly blowing dust off them, but you still don’t dare to part with the things dear to your heart that were presented to you by people you don’t remember anymore.

The correct approach: you should learn to critically examine your apartment, throw out all the trash that has accumulated in it over the years of living. If you didn't need certain things before, they are unlikely to find application now, and even more so in the future. Just be critical of new home acquisitions. Do not buy those interior items that do not have any functional benefits, most likely, they will simply become new dust collectors.

Most recently, I took apart all my cabinets and shelves. It turned out that I just have a huge amount of things that collect dust and take up space. The children to whom I handed out all my toys, figurines, piggy banks and similar things that I had ever received were very happy, however, like myself, having got rid of everything unnecessary!

3. Distribute your forces, set tasks for yourself and solve them

The wrong approach: my friend Lena always started cleaning from the kitchen. But, finding there a bunch of pens, magazines, books and notebooks, she immediately switched to the analysis of the workplace. Thus, she could not bring at least one thing to the end, abandoning one thing and then another.

The right approach: To really tidy things up, start gradually, don't jump from one place to another. For example, first clean up where you are more often. Workplace, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom - this is your choice.

4. Stimulate, praise and reward yourself

I think you understand that at this point there is only the right approach. You should always remember that you are worthy of praise and a certain reward for the work done.

If you want to start cleaning the apartment on the weekend, you should make a promise to yourself for fulfilling this promise. For example, some new piece of clothing or accessory that you have wanted to buy for a long time, but did not dare, or just indulge yourself with sweets and a trip to your favorite coffee shop for dessert.

By the way, not only psychologists are interested in the issue of women's accuracy., who have long been pondering on the topic of what is still the dependence of a woman's character and her inclination to cleanliness and maintaining order, but also astrologers. They, in turn, conducted a series of studies and analyzes on the stars or how they do it there, and here are the conclusions they came to. It turns out if you:

Aries - you should be all right with order. You love to direct him. True, not too often, but from the heart!

Taurus - order is welcome, but your laziness will ruin you. You just want to - and everything will shine and shine. If you don’t want it, everything will be overgrown with age-old dust and dirt.

Twins - cleaning the room begins with airing, continues and ends with it. There is, however, an elusive ordering - in the incessant Brownian motion.

Cancer - there is neatness, every leaflet to leaflet, book to book. Everywhere cleanliness and order. An emotional approach to the habitat.

a lion - it is difficult to get something to clean and tidy up. But if you do start cleaning, you will definitely finish it.

Virgo - they are of two types, or creepy sluts, or unreal cleanliness. Passion for calligraphy, washing, drying, ironing (sometimes absolutely not dirty things). A real Virgo will blow away non-existent specks of dust, rummage in clean linen, cook soup and tidy up the kitchen.

scales - you also love order, but it doesn't stay with you for long. You clean up as quickly as you throw mud and debris around. For you, order is a relative phenomenon. All the same, you can't achieve perfect …

Scorpion - you like to establish order spontaneously, uncompromising. You can and know how to attach everyone around you to your cleaning. Your motto: “The main thing is to be able to organize - and there will always be someone to do it”.

Sagittarius - you like to philosophize. Therefore, global chaos is about you. Although, thinking about the eternal, you may well come to the conclusion that order should be in every home.

Capricorn - probably the most accurate female representatives belong to this sign. There should be order in everything and everywhere, be it a handbag, a car, a workplace or a house. You bring everything to the end.

Aquarius - creative people. Especially when it comes to putting things in order. You always have a creative mess. Demanding cleanliness and regular cleaning from you is more expensive. Anyway, you will never do anything against your will.

Fishes - love cleanliness and order. Especially in your personal space. Your legal square meters should always sparkle.

Here is such a horoscope, clean and dirty. The stars speak the truth, or astrologers are cunning and exaggerated, it's up to you. Personally, according to my horoscope, I have scales - and the truth has been written about me. And let all horoscopes say that you do not know how and do not like to put things in order in your own house - you can always refute it and prove the opposite.

After all, when you have order in your house, life's problems and situations are solved much easier!
