COFFEE WITH "HELL" PUMPKIN
For pumpkin syrup you will need:
- peeled pumpkin, 400 g
- water, 240 ml
- granulated sugar, 200 g
- cinnamon, 1, 5 tablespoons
- cloves, 1 tablespoon
- nutmeg, 1.5 tsp
- ground ginger, 1, 5 tsp.
- anise, 2 stars
For coffee:
- any grains of your choice
- coffee machine or just a mug
- automatic or manual cappuccino maker
- cold milk with a fat content of 3.5%, half a glass
How to cook:
Cut the pumpkin, place on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes. Remove the finished pieces, place in a blender and puree. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mass and put on low heat for 12-15 minutes. Stir regularly. Mix the prepared syrup with coffee made in any way and warm whipped milk.
CAPPUCCINO WITH SPIDER
You will need:
- Espresso coffee, brewed in a geyser coffee maker or espresso machine, 300 ml
- cold milk with a fat content of 3.5%
- chocolate syrup with dispenser
- automatic or manual cappuccino maker
- toothpick
How to cook:
Prepare a cappuccino in any way: in a coffee machine or a geyser, whipping milk with an automatic or manual cappuccino maker. Gently draw a spiral on the surface of the coffee with chocolate syrup. Take a toothpick and draw the "rays" from the center of the spiral to the edges of the glass.
MACHIATO WITH EYE APPLE
You will need:
- brewed espresso
- watermelon syrup, 2 tablespoons
- cold milk with a fat content of 3.5%, half a glass
- chocolate syrup with dispenser
- cappuccino maker
How to cook:
Take a tall clear glass and pour watermelon syrup on the bottom. Prepare a shot of espresso in any way you like and pour gently over the syrup. Try to keep the layers! Prepare milk froth using the manual or automatic cappuccino maker. Take a tablespoon of foam and place on top of the espresso, forming a white circle in the center of the drink. With your imagination, you can draw the pupil with mint or chocolate syrup!
RAF Halloween
You will need:
- coffee brewed in a geyser coffee maker or espresso machine, 60 ml
- vanilla syrup, 1 tsp
- spicy pumpkin syrup, 1 tsp.
- cream warmed up to 60 degrees, 150 ml
How to cook:
Pour hot coffee into a french press, add vanilla syrup first, then pumpkin syrup, add hot cream and whisk everything in a french press. Decorate with star anise.
