The main change is considered to be cooperation between the RF PF and ITU. When a citizen undergoes a medical examination, employees of the second organization send information to a single database. It will be used by the RF PF in its work. Such a system will help to assign benefits automatically to people with disabilities.

Notifications

Citizens usually express their dissatisfaction with the amount of payments. In 2021, the Pension Fund, with the help of State Services, will send notifications to people over 45 years old. They will contain information about the size of the pension. This change will have a beneficial effect on the entire system: you can find out about your position when you go to rest. Based on this data, the person has the opportunity to do something to increase his benefit.

The newsletter will be sent to people over 45 years old every 3 years. It is expected to include the following information:

• the approximate amount of the pension based on savings;
• the amount of savings for the current time;
• conditions, rules for acquiring the right to benefits;
• coefficients taken for calculation.

Citizens, based on the information received, can correct the amount of payments. For example, voluntary transfers to the Pension Fund will help, which will then serve as an addition to the pension.

Indexing

This procedure, which affects disability pension benefits, is carried out every year. The calculation is based on inflation. Thanks to the adjustment, the incomes of people who have only state support are supported.

The head of the RF Pension Fund has already told how much the benefit will increase over the next 3 years. Based on this information, it is already possible to determine the size of the disability pension for citizens of the 1st group in 2021 in Moscow.

Indexation is carried out on April 1. For group I, the following changes are expected:

1. The minimum amount is 11,601.46 rubles.
2. To this amount is added 2.6%, that is, 293.99 rubles.

For other categories of citizens, payments will be different. The reason for the slight increase is a slight rise in inflation. Presumably, it will be no more than 4%. In addition, it should be borne in mind that payments increased by 7% in 2020, so next year the figure will decrease.

This change applies to people who, even with the status of a disabled person, continued to work officially. That is, for the employee, the employer must transfer funds to the PF, as required by law.

Two pensions today can receive the following categories:

• citizens who have acquired disability while carrying out military duty;
• participants of the Second World War;
• residents of besieged Leningrad.

The rest of the persons, upon reaching the retirement age, are entitled to receive an old-age pension. They can also choose another option - retaining the right to disability payments. And both payments cannot be received.

After the transition to old-age benefits, a disabled person can receive payments for health reasons every month. He also has access to all the support measures offered to persons with disabilities.

If M. Terentyev's project is approved, then applicants for double payment must fulfill several conditions:

• reaching retirement age;
• insurance experience (in 2021 - from 12 years);
• the presence of an individual pension coefficient - from 21 points.

Various factors affect the size of the disability pension for people of the 1st group in 2021 in Moscow. Thanks to the introduction of the bills, it will be possible to improve the living standards of pensioners. But they are currently under development, and they may differ slightly from the changes presented here.
