Kanye West's Bible presented

Famous rapper Kanye West has compared himself to God more than once. His repertoire includes a composition under the simple and laconic name I Am a God, and the sixth studio album is no less clearly and simply called Yeezus (derived from Jesus). And now the artist has his own Bible.

An unusual edition of the Book of Genesis (the first book of the Old Testament) appeared in the USA. In the text of the potential bestseller, the word God is replaced by the name of Kanye West, however, in some places the word Yeezus appears instead of the name of the musician. The first sentence reads like this: "In the beginning, Kanye created the heavens and the earth."

Recall that Kanye West has been performing successfully for more than ten years. There are more than twenty Grammy statuettes in his collection, and the artist has been nominated for the prestigious award more than fifty times. Pop diva Madonna recently announced: “Kanye is the new Madonna. Kanye is a black Madonna. We really have a lot in common. We are comrades in breaking down public barriers!"

The book is published in hard black cover and is sold online for $ 13.77. According to the authors, the new book is not a mockery of the musician or an attempt to equate him with a higher being. The guys who worked on the publication only offered their own version of how the Bible might look in the modern world.

In the annotation, the authors noted that each generation gives birth to its own champions, superstars or other significant personalities who are driving evolution. “The last icons were Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, John Lennon and Michael Jackson. For Generation Y, Kanye West is not only the greatest showman, but in a sense, a spiritual leader,”explained the creators of the Kanye Bible.
