The editorial staff of Cleo magazine was looking forward to the launch of the fourth season of the Beauty for a Million beauty project! Finally, we are glad to congratulate you, dear readers, and our new participants on this wonderful event! As expected, the start of the transformation of heroines begins with a visit to a psychologist. Our new participant Natalya is in a hurry to tell you about this.

The final and irrevocable awareness of the upcoming changes came to me on the first day of the project. Today I met a psychologist Alena Pryanik. Her office is located not far from the old Moscow park, in Sokolniki.

I was struck by the cordiality and hospitality, which is generally uncharacteristic for Moscow. There was a feeling that we have known each other for many years. Alena sincerely loves her profession, it can be seen with the naked eye.

My visit was not like visiting a regular medical center, there were no standard algorithms. Our acquaintance and the subsequent conversation were of a relaxed nature, in the course of the conversation I literally felt some kind of ease, relaxedness, which do not leave me until now. Alena's competent, unobtrusive and at the same time professionally posed questions allowed me to fully open up and trust her. Believe me, it was unexpected and absolutely unnatural for me

Conquered and the fact that she looks at the root of the problem. Preparing for the meeting with Alena, I thought that she simply, as a psychologist-consultant, would cheer and help me maintain a positive attitude before the upcoming series of operations and procedures within the framework of the Beauty in a Million project. But the matter took a very unexpected turn: Alena brought up the story of my life, instantly revealed the complex "nodules" of my feelings, untouched emotions, unsaid words, complexes hidden in the most secret corners of the soul. All this pile of emotional experiences must be unraveled, and Alena immediately took up this.

Competent and well-coordinated actions of the psychologist bore fruit by the end of the first meeting. It is quite difficult for me to let people into my personal space, especially strangers, but before Alena I opened up like a book. She "read" my story, I was finally able to speak out, and it really helps.

At certain stages, when Alena psychologically worked through my problems, I even burst into tears, which was unexpected and even unnatural for me. I am sure this is a very good indicator, which means a deep immersion in my inner world, full of complexes and experiences.

We talked for so long and sincerely that I did not even notice how the appointment time came to an end. We parted very reluctantly, but I was reinforced by the most important knowledge - this is not our last meeting, we still have many sessions ahead, the effectiveness of which I no longer doubt.

Having given the last parting words before my upcoming operation, Alena said goodbye to me, leaving the very aftertaste of lightness that I wrote about at the very beginning.

Getting to know my psychologist was incredibly bright emotionally. I will definitely tell you how our further communication will develop in my diaries. Until next time!))

So, our heroine has to go through 3 stages: 1. Skin restoration for preparation for rejuvenating surgery, includes bioreparation, botulinum therapy, lip correction with hyaluronic acid fillers. 2. The main stage, within which Natalia will have several major surgeries at once: removal of all teeth in the lower and upper jaw, installation of 8 dental implants with abutments and healing caps; rhinoplasty to correct the tip of the nose; breast lift to restore its shape; lipofilling of the face. 3. The cycle of manipulations is completed by the installation of temporary, and six months later - permanent conditionally removable dentures. Now this list of manipulations has been approved, however, in the course of the transformation, adjustments can be made to the list of procedures.
