Lazarev believes that the artist has no chance of winning. Firstly, she sings only in Russian, which is a huge disadvantage for the foreign jury - European listeners simply will not understand the meaning of the song.

Secondly, the theme of a strong woman can already be traced in the composition of Destiny Chukuniere from Malta, and she evokes more sympathy and is among the favorites. When comparing performers, Manizha clearly loses.

Lazarev says that he is familiar with the artist: she is “distinctive and cool”, very interesting, but stands out from the Eurovision format. According to Sergei, it would be better to send the singer Sievert. She is better known and recognizable for listeners in Europe.

Lazarev believes that a very weak qualifying round was held this year. The audience chose from three performers, and it was possible to arrange a bright and large-scale concert. Why the representatives of Channel One did not do this remains a mystery.
