Famous footballer Andrei Arshavin and TV presenter Yulia Baranovskaya continue to fight in court. On the eve, in the magistrate court of the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, another hearing was held on the claim of Baranovskaya against the father of her three children. The parties failed to come to an agreement.

The court will make a decision on the case on Monday. As the media clarify, Arshavin and Baranovskaya did not manage to come to an amicable agreement. According to the preliminary agreement, the athlete agreed to pay 50% of all his income until the eldest child, Artyom, comes of age. He will pay a third of the income until his daughter Yana turns 18, and a quarter - until the youngest, Arseny, grows up. The footballer did not object to the satisfaction of this petition, but insisted that half of the amounts transferred to him go to the bank accounts of the children.

According to experts, the annual salary of Andrei Arshavin at FC Zenit is 2.5 million euros.

At the same time, Baranovskaya's financial claims in the framework of the trial extend not only to the future, but also to the past. According to article 107 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation, alimony for the past period can be recovered within a three-year period from the date of going to court, if the plaintiff proves that he took measures to receive funds for the maintenance of children, but the defendant evaded. Formally, Baranovskaya had the right to alimony since April 2011. However, she simplified the task for herself, the court and Arshavin, limiting herself to one year. At the same time, it is clarified that the couple has ceased to maintain a common household since 2012.
