The next court session was again postponed, this time due to the delay in the trial of the representative of Yulia Leshchenko, Yulia Mayorova. The lawyer was delayed only for a few minutes, and the judge refused to wait for the lawyer stuck in traffic. But without her, it turned out to be impossible to start hearings on the merits, because Mayrova had petitions for new changes in financial requirements.

Despite the fact that Garik and Yulia have not yet officially divorced, the showman is building a new relationship in full swing. He recently announced that he is already married to his girlfriend, actress Christina Asmus, who is expecting a child from him.

Yulia Kharlamova demanded at the last meeting on July 19 to collect two-thirds of the joint property from her husband. Before that, she wanted half, but changed her mind after learning that the “star” spouse spent during their marriage, which officially lasted two years, about 5.5 million rubles on internet poker.

In turn, the artist put forward a counterclaim to his wife and said that he had repaid the loan for a BMW car worth 1.9 million rubles, which is used by Julia. He also wants his wife to give him two-thirds of the common property. Garik Kharlamov's lawyers explain this desire by the fact that Julia did not work, and her husband was the breadwinner in the family.

In general, the spouses share property, which is estimated at about 22.5 million rubles. These are furniture, household appliances, interior items, a BMW car, cash, as well as funds that are still transferred to the artist under a contract from the Comedy Club Production company.

According to Kharlamov's lawyer, it was the excessive demands of Yulia Leshchenko that became an obstacle to concluding a settlement agreement between the spouses.
