The best curve of a woman's body is a smile, as Bob Marley used to say. And when the smile is snow-white, it is also a weapon of mass destruction! Our heroine Natalia now smiles even more confidently. Read her story about her seventh day on the project.

Today, for the first time after the operation, I got behind the wheel! The next stage of the project is ahead - treatment and teeth whitening. Therefore, I am heading to the Dental Luxury Clinic.

I visit the dentist regularly, once a year. I confess that a visit to the dentist is always a challenge for me! This is definitely worse than a visit to a plastic surgeon.

But this time I was in vain worried. I was greeted by a whole team of young and positive dentists! Their qualifications and professionalism are confirmed by a large number of certificates, diplomas and honorary awards on the wall near the reception. Immediately after visiting the clinic, we started my transformation.

The transformation of a smile took place in several stages. First, I got an appointment with Dr. Valeria Vladimirovna Belova. She talked about all modern methods of dental treatment, about professional oral hygiene and, of course, about how to achieve that very "Hollywood" smile.

It turns out that you shouldn't use whitening toothpastes! Their effect is based on the destruction of tooth enamel at the micro level. With professional bleaching, the enamel is not touched, so there is no harm to the teeth

On diagnostics, it turned out that I have no particular problems. How glad I was this news! Dr. Belova prescribed professional oral hygiene, bleaching and replacement of several fillings.

Now I can brush my teeth according to all the rules! Previously, I did not know that for an electric and a mechanical brush, the movements should be completely different.

Then we made impressions of my teeth and immediately made individual aligners for home whitening on a special device.

After professional cleaning of my teeth with ultrasound and the Air-flow method, Valeria Vladimirovna let me go home to get ready for professional whitening. A gift from the doctor - a gel for strengthening and whitening teeth and those very individual aligners - was very useful.

For a whole week in the evenings I put on mouthguards with gel on my teeth. As a result, when it came time to whiten, I did not feel any discomfort and the procedure was almost painless!

Professional whitening was performed by another doctor - Oksana Vladimirovna Stefantseva. The procedure is called ZOOM 3. A special gel is applied to the teeth, then translucent with the ZOOM UP apparatus, 3-4 times for 15 minutes in total. At the same time, the patient's appearance is, of course, completely cosmic!

I was prepared in advance that tingling, tingling and other painful sensations are possible, but, fortunately, I did not feel anything like that.

Due to the activation of the gel, the teeth brighten significantly, but the entire whitening process is completely completed in a day.

To support the result, Oksana Vladimirovna gave me a homemade gel and prescribed a "white" diet. Now for two weeks I can't have tea, coffee, almost all juices and much more, but it's worth it!

My teeth have already become whiter by at least a few shades, the result is visible to the naked eye! Just look at the fillings, which are now very dark in color, to see the difference. Well, nothing, we will change the fillings next time - and my smile will be completely transformed!

Now I am not afraid of dentists and will be happy to return to Dental Luxury Clinic again!
