The final fanfare for Alexander Pryanikov has already sounded. However, there was one moment that was not included in the main diaries of the participant. We are talking about the fixation of permanent dental crowns in the Clinic of Dr. Shipkov. It is about this, as if in the end, that a former participant of the "Beauty for a Million" project will tell.
So, friends, I tried to tell you in all details about the procedures that I went through during several months of my life on the project. But one very important manipulation remained behind the scenes - the installation of permanent dental structures.
As you remember, after the implantation, so-called prototypes were installed on my teeth. They are needed in order to test future teeth, so to speak, to understand how comfortable it will be for me to live with them. I wore them for several months, and now the moment came when both the doctor and I were able to combine their free time and meet for the installation of permanent crowns.
I will not say exactly how many times during this period I attended consultations. On the eve of X-Day, I was invited to the clinic for a fitting, and the next morning they were waiting for the crowns to be fixed.
So, I will say right away that this procedure is painless, since anesthesia is pre-done. But it lasts a very long time: it takes several hours to install one crown. But you are sure that everything will be done as it should, because all actions are checked and rechecked thousands of times.
The whole procedure is no different from the installation of classic crowns, for one innovation (for me personally) - the next day you need to come to the clinic again. The point is that during the installation of the crown, you practically do not feel anything, the sensations are dulled.
When the teeth are already in place, you really cannot understand if everything is in order or if there are some unpleasant sensations. So a second visit is just needed in order to remove all doubts, and to correct minor nuances.
By the way, immediately after the doctor's appointment, I was sent to professional hygiene. Unusual, since the doctor examined each tooth under a microscope and, if necessary, carried out additional polishing of microscopic irregularities.
As a result, it turned out that after the installation of crowns it is impossible to distinguish them from natural teeth. Absolutely all seams are so masked that the crown is a natural continuation of the tooth.
Since I spent a lot of time with prototypes, I didn't even have to get used to permanent dental constructions. This is an additional nice bonus, not to mention a gorgeous smile. Now there is one more additional reason to smile more often!

In our case, the vacation period, as well as the patient's busy schedule, played a role. But the quality of work did not suffer from this, on the contrary, we did everything possible to make metal-free permanent structures specially for Alexander in a shorter time frame. The crowns were fixed in a "regular" mode, all traces that could remind that the patient had crowns were removed.
