Today I want to tell you about the most important thing, something that should change my life forever - the operation. Thanks to the "Beauty for a Million" project, I fell into the hands of real professionals - the specialists of the Face Smile Center clinic. This is one of the few medical institutions in Russia where maxillofacial operations and other manipulations to restore the dentition are performed.
First of all, when you enter the clinic, you pay attention to the modern design, to the friendly staff at the reception. Everything is great, you are given maximum attention here.
Separately, I will note the doctors who agreed to work on my problem. These are Askerov Rustam Nazimovich and Isaichikova Olga Vladimirovna. Young professionals, great people, easy to talk to, able to win the trust of patients. They competently and understandably talk about everything related to the operation, do not ignore the "pitfalls", immediately warn about possible complications and tell what they are doing to prevent them.
The equipment of the Face Smile Center clinic is also excellent. In addition to consulting rooms, there is its own fully equipped operating room, postoperative observation wards. So, in principle, you don't have to worry about the operation.
By the way, doctors, before taking on my case, conducted consultations and consultations an uncountable number of times. I don’t even remember how many times they examined my jaw, studied the photographs, made casts, calculated something and then rechecked everything again. This was not carried out in secret from me, on the contrary, each step was explained and explained why it was needed, a detailed plan of the operation was described, using 3D visualization programs for this. Such attention and excitement around my person are unusual for me.
But I tried to pull myself together and tune in. So I went to the operating room in a good mood, with the hope of a new life.
The operation lasted several hours. When I woke up in the ward, at first I could not understand what exactly had happened. But when the doctor came to me and said that the operation was successful, I fell like a stone from my soul, long-awaited relief came.
I understand that a difficult and long period of rehabilitation awaits me ahead of me, I have to almost re-learn to speak and move my jaw. But I knew what I was going for, and I am infinitely grateful to everyone who gave me such an amazing chance - indeed, one in a million!
