- Add diced carrots, peppers and garlic.

- Add miso paste, simmer everything together for another minute, then add liquid components - broth with soy sauce.
- At this stage, put the seaweed in a saucepan, cook everything together for about three more minutes over moderate heat.
- Add the eel, pre-cut into thin slices, to the same place. Bring the soup to a boil, add finely chopped greens and lightly fried sesame seeds just before turning off.
- Let the dish brew and serve.

- tofu (bean curd) - 170 g;

- tofu - 150 g;
- salmon (fillet) - 200 g;
- green onions - 1 bunch.
Preparation:
