  9. Whisk cold heavy cream until soft peaks and combine with chocolate-coffee mass.
  10. We wrap a ring with a diameter of 16 cm with cling film, put the first biscuit, saturate with the remaining strong coffee.
  11. Pour the prepared chocolate-coffee mousse on top, level it, expel air bubbles.
  12. Put the second biscuit on top of the mousse and also saturate it with strong coffee. We put it in the freezer for 10-12 hours.
  13. For a creamy mousse in a saucepan, mix the yolks, salt, sugar, mix with a whisk.
  14. Bring the milk to a boil, but do not boil it, and in small portions add it to the yolks, mix thoroughly each time.
  15. We send the stewpan to the fire and, with constant stirring, heat the mass, but make sure that it does not boil, otherwise the yolks will curl.
  16. Add the swollen gelatin to the hot cream and mix until it is completely dissolved.
  17. Pour melted white chocolate into the cream and, if desired, any aromatic alcohol, break through with an immersion blender until smooth.
  18. In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until soft peaks.
  19. Add mascarpone cream cheese to the custard base, break through with an immersion blender until smooth.
  20. Now combine the custard mass with whipped cream, mix.
  21. We tighten the ring with a diameter of 18 cm with cling film, put it on a plate, pour out the cream mousse, distribute with a spatula, expel all air bubbles.
  22. We take out the frozen biscuit and chocolate-coffee mousse filling from the ring, put it in the creamy mousse, heat it and put it in the freezer until it is completely frozen.
  23. We take out the frozen cake from the ring, immediately transfer it to a dish or substrate, put it in the refrigerator for defrosting.
  24. At this time, we prepare a cream of mascarpone cheese, cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. We put the cream on the cake using a culinary bag and a round nozzle with a diameter of 8 mm.
  25. Sprinkle the Tiramisu cake on top with unsweetened cocoa powder and, if desired, decorate with mint leaves or coffee beans.
