• the increase will also affect the minimum pensions - after the regional authorities adopted a decree on the level of the subsistence minimum for a pensioner and the introduction of a new calculation procedure, in some regions they may increase by a significant amount;
• those who have worked for a long time in the North or in equivalent areas will be given supplements to their pensions or the amounts already available will be increased;
• the latest news reports on an increase in the amount paid to a pensioner who brings up minor dependents;
• in 15 regions of the Russian Federation, new additional payments to pensions are provided from the social protection authorities;
• social payments, according to the established tradition, will be indexed from April 1, 2020, in the latest news the indexation figure is 7%.
