• copies of documents confirming the conduct of a private practice or individual entrepreneur;
• certificate from the place of study (for students).

When twins (triplets) appear, the employee can provide one general statement. It is drawn up in any form, the following information must be indicated in it:

• the name of the organization (if a request for material assistance is sent to the employer) or the name of the body where the application is submitted;
• personal data (full name) of the head and his own;
• Full name of the child (children) and the date of his birth;
• an inventory of all attached documents.

At the end, the applicant must be signed and dated.

Terms of payments from social security and employer

The payment, formalized through the social security authority, must go to the applicant's bank account no later than the 26th day of the month following the month of application. The accounting department of the enterprise / organization calculates the allowance from the employer within 10 days from the date of receipt of all the necessary documents.

How can you get benefits through the FSS

The legislation of the Russian Federation provides for situations in which a citizen can receive a payment through the Social Insurance Fund. This is due, as a rule, to the inability of the employer to make accruals for one of the following reasons:

• at the time of the appeal, a bankruptcy case was opened;
• inability to establish the location of the employer, as well as his property;
• lack of funds on the employer's account;
• termination of the enterprise / organization.

Documents are submitted through one of the following methods:

• for the second and subsequent - 15 312 rubles.

• for the second child - 7 PM or 138,579 rubles;
