As a rule, such a manipulation is performed in winter, when the plants are still dormant. At the same time, it should not be lower than 8 degrees Celsius outside.

February is the best time to cut down old rhizomes. During this period, it is worth putting in order the berry bushes (gooseberries, currants), removing the old hazel branches. It is also necessary to carefully examine the trunks. If old wounds are found on them, cover them up using an antifungal agent.

Landing period
