The Beauty for a Million project is gaining momentum, and Cleo continues to inform you about all the stages of transformation of the participants. Our heroine Natalya is eager to share with you, dear readers, her impressions of meeting one of her doctors. We will not torment you, we will give the floor to Natalia.

Good morning! The morning is really good when you wake up with a feeling of anticipation of some wonderful events and hope for a change. Today I am waiting for a number of the first cosmetic procedures that will be performed at the Face Smile Center clinic located on Nakhimovsky Prospekt.

This technique is very important, because it is with it that my preparation for the most serious operations on the face and not only will begin. I do not want to run ahead and reveal all the cards, but I will slightly open the veil of my future transformation. The face surgeries shown to me will take almost 10 hours of operating time from surgeons. This is an extremely lengthy operation. I understand all the risks and I will not dissemble there is anxiety, they visit various thoughts that are polar in meaning. But then I look in the mirror and seem to wake up from thoughts and again rush into battle

In anticipation of something wonderful and with a slight feeling of excitement, I set off for my new future! The warm welcome and smiles of the Face Smile Center doctors allowed me to relieve my anxiety.

Personal acquaintance with my attending physician - maxillofacial surgeon Ekaterina Mikhailovna Romanova, caused indescribable delight! Charming, positive, extremely literate and correct, she literally radiates energy and transfers it to her patients.

As a true professional, Ekaterina Mikhailovna immediately began to discuss the problems in appearance that bother me. She carefully examined her face, took photographs so that they could evaluate the achieved result. She noted the key problems and spoke in detail about how the maxillofacial operation will take place, what manipulations the surgeon will do. From what I heard, I felt scared, but Ekaterina Mikhailovna did not give cause for alarm, saying that good specialists would deal with me, and the operation technique itself was perfectly worked out.

So far we stopped at this and started the actual preparation.

Having discussed together what effect I would like to get in the end, we made a decision at the first appointment to carry out lip contouring with fillers, perform a bioreparation procedure to improve the color and structure of the skin, and also introduce botox to correct age-related changes

Having consolidated our acquaintance with delicious coffee, we moved on to the “holy of holies” - Ekaterina Mikhailovna's treatment room. Not a trace remained of my worries and worries. Having completely trusted an experienced doctor, I seem to have even dozed off for a moment, waiting for the anesthetic drug to take effect.

The lips were the first in line for the transformation. While Ekaterina Mikhailovna was working on them, curiosity began to tease me - I wanted here and now to see an instant change in appearance! You can't even imagine how tired I am of looking at my face and “looking for” lips on it. By nature, they are so thin and colorless that without cosmetics they seem to be nonexistent. The more interest was fueled in anticipation of the completion of the procedure.

Finally, the moment came when Ekaterina Mikhailovna finished injections and handed the mirror into my hands. Despite the fact that there was a slight swelling along the lip line (she was asleep in just a few hours), the effect of what she saw in the mirror was amazing! To say that my lips appeared is to say nothing! They are perfect !!! Their shape is absolutely natural, there is not even a hint of interference. An uninformed person would never think that they are the result of filler injection.

Before I had time to enjoy my new lips to my heart's content, Ekaterina Mikhailovna proceeded to the following procedures from our list. During the examination, she drew attention to the condition of my facial skin. I remind you that I am 42 years old. As much as I would not like, but we must admit that the years take their toll. My unhealthy lifestyle, unbalanced diet made themselves felt. The skin was especially badly damaged: it became very dull, acquired a lifeless look. It is especially unpleasant for me to think about deep wrinkles - for a long time they brought me into a state of complete oppression and depression.

Now, having visited a professional of this level, I understand that maxillofacial surgery requires utmost courage, it is incredible work and responsibility. But we, the inhabitants, so often forget about it

The bioreparation procedure and Botox injections took a long time. They took place under local anesthesia, as well as fillers. Therefore, I practically did not feel anything, except that the very fact of touching. The effect of the sessions is instant: picking up the cherished mirror, I was delighted to find, or rather, I did NOT find large deep wrinkles. This is the first thing I noticed.

Continuing to examine my transformed face and seeing a satisfied, smiling Ekaterina, I realized that the result exceeded not only mine, but her expectations as well! The skin acquired a vibrant color and seemed to be saturated with moisture, the wrinkles simply "ran away" somewhere away. There was a feeling of returning youth, and in fact - a miracle that happened! Miracles, miracles again, in which I so invariably believe!

Now I am still in a state of euphoria from my already rejuvenated face and new lips! Thank you Cleo for giving me this opportunity! I look forward to new procedures and really want my further transformation to bring the same pleasant emotions!

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon's comment: In our first meeting with Natalya, as a maxillofacial surgeon, I was struck by the condition of the patient's teeth. To be honest, it was hard to be distracted by something else, no thoughts about the patient's face aesthetics came into my head for the first 5 minutes. But, probably, due to the difficult profession of a surgeon and creative vision, I managed to disconnect from the real picture and think for the future. The main task of the doctor, it seems to me, is still to build on the patient's functional complaints, so I did not want to change her appearance by some radical method. During the first examination of Natalia, I noted a pronounced asymmetry of the middle zone of the face on the right, which is associated with the trauma suffered in the past. Also, the patient did not monitor her health and lifestyle. Severe thinness and lack of nutrition have done their job - Natalia has a fairly pronounced lipodystrophy. Therefore, the decision was made in favor of lipofilling of the entire face. Through the operation, we will fill the missing volumes of subcutaneous fat, achieve a lifting effect, and the enrichment of stem cells with platelet plasma will allow them to better take root and work on the condition of the skin “from the inside”. In addition, rhinoplasty of the tip of the nose and septoplasty of the deviated septum are planned, which will improve the patient's breathing, and the neat tip of the nose will make her appearance more aristocratic. In order to shorten the rehabilitation period after operations, it was decided to prepare Natalia's face and neck skin using rejuvenating injection techniques. The patient's skin, which had lost its tone, dull, “tired” and dehydrated, needed hydration and regeneration. Therefore, at the first stage, I performed skin bioreparation with a multicomponent preparation based on hyaluronic acid. In the same technique, I very carefully performed the contouring of the missing lip volume with a filler, worked on the contour to prevent the appearance of purse-string wrinkles over the upper lip, raised the corners of the lips. As a result, the lip contour has become more pronounced and harmonious. But the most important thing is that it all looks very natural, without excess volume. During our second meeting, I noted the positive effect of the procedures performed. It even seemed that the patient became more self-confident inwardly. The face began to look more well-groomed, the skin "revived", a dermal healthy shine appeared. Natalia noted the absence of dryness and tightness, which was usual for many years, after washing. The network of fine wrinkles after the first session of bioreparation became less noticeable, however, mimic wrinkles in the forehead, eyes, and lower face area still remained and were very conspicuous. The patient involuntarily frowned at our conversation and could not control herself in this. To correct this, I performed 45 units of botulinum therapy. We also decided to continue the course of bioreparation and conducted another session. Natalia was no longer afraid of anything and was not worried, as the first time. She tolerated the procedure easily, and she was looking forward to the hyaluronic 3D mask, which I always give patients after injections, with impatience and anticipation - last time she was impressed by the effect of moisturizing and complete relaxation. It should be noted that working with the patient was easy, pleasant and calm. I trusted her completely at our second meeting, as she fulfilled all my appointments and recommendations. For a doctor, this primarily means that the patient respects his work, appreciates his work, so a special thank you to Natalia! Now the heroine of the project is prepared for the upcoming operations, I tried to start all renewal processes in the skin using minimally invasive methods.
