Preparation:

  • Sift a few tablespoons of flour into a bowl, mix with sugar and dry yeast. Pour in warm water, stir until smooth and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Then add salt, warm oil and add flour in portions. Knead the dense dough, cover and leave warm for 40 minutes.

Preparation:

  1. Fry chopped onions and bell peppers in hot oil, then add chopped mushrooms.
  2. Salt vegetables with mushrooms, season with dried garlic, oregano, fry until soft.
  3. Cover the form with parchment, lightly sprinkle with flour and put in the dough, which we grease with tomato sauce.
  4. Now we distribute vegetables with mushrooms, add cheese and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes (temperature 210 ° C).

  • tortilla;
  • 1 can of beans
  • 1 carrot;
  • half an onion;
  • spices to taste.

Preparation:

  1. For burrito, cut off the walls from bell pepper and cut into thin strips.
  2. Cut the tomato into cubes or thin slices.
  3. Cut fresh chili into thin slices.
  4. Put beans on one side of the tortilla, Korean-style carrots on top, tomatoes, sweet peppers and chili, as well as tomato sauce.
  5. Roll the stuffed flat cake, seal the burrito in a dry frying pan, grill or in the oven.
  6. For cutlets, we take chickpeas, soak them beforehand and boil until cooked.
  7. Then we send the beans together with onions and carrots to a blender, add cumin, coriander, chili and salt, grind to small crumbs.
  8. Pour flour into the resulting mass, knead everything well and send it to a cool place for 30 minutes.
  9. Form cutlets from minced meat and fry in a frying pan with hot oil for 4 minutes on each side.
  10. We are preparing the last dish. Chop the onions and carrots, simmer until soft, salt the vegetables and season with spices in the process.
  11. Knead the beans with a crush, add the fried vegetables and mix well.
  12. Moisten the edges of the tortilla with water, spread the filling on one side, level and close with the other half.
  13. Press the edges of the flatbread well and brown the pasties in a dry frying pan for 1.5 minutes on each side.

Tortilla can be replaced with regular pita bread. If you don't like chickpeas, then you can use lentils or regular peas. For a burrito, specifically a sauce, you can grind baked tomatoes or mash an avocado and mix with tomato paste.
