All disabled people, in addition to the basic pension, receive a monthly cash payment, the amount of which is 3,896.43 rubles. • special food for disabled children, medical equipment, medicines (889, 66 rubles);
• travel by railway and other intercity transport to the sanatorium or the place of treatment (127, 77 rubles);
• treatment at a resort or in a sanatorium (137, 63 rubles).

A citizen has the right to refuse the above services. In this case, assistance will be provided in cash in the form of a supplement to the pension. This can be done both in person, by submitting an application to the MFC or the Pension Fund of Russia, and online on the official portal of public services or the website of the pension department of the Russian Federation.

Social support for disabled children

Children with disabilities with the first group of disabilities, as well as their parents or guardians, are entitled to a number of additional measures of state support. These include:

• additional 4 days off per month (paid);

According to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, only one of the parents or guardians of a disabled child can use the right to retire early.
