Ingredients for the salad:
- 180 g of red fish;
- 50 g shrimp;
- 1 large tomato or several small ones;
- 2 quail eggs;
- 100 g lettuce.
Ingredients for dressing:
- 50-70 ml of soy sauce;
- 20 ml lemon juice;
- 20 g of liquid honey.
Preparation:
We wash lettuce and Chinese cabbage leaves in running water, dry. Cut across into large strips

- 3-4 slices of white bread;

Preparation:
- Cook quail eggs in boiling, lightly salted water for about 6 minutes. We take it out, send it to ice water.
- We also dip the defrosted shrimps in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, discard them on a sieve and clean.
- Cut the smoked fish into thin slices.
- Squeeze the garlic into a bowl of olive oil, mix. We send the mass to the pan.
- Cut the bread into cubes. Add it to the heated oil, mix gently with a spatula and fry until golden brown.
