The host of the popular show "Fashionable Sentence" constantly pleases fans not only with stylish outfits, but also with excellent shape. However, in order to stay slim, Evelina has to constantly monitor her diet, which she recently talked about in her blog.

“During the filming of" Fashionable Verdict "I try not to consume more than 1000 kcal per day - you move a little. Therefore, I order the cooks a daily menu for 800 kcal (I have to chew another 200). The full menu of the day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus two snacks and drinks, plus cutlery - is delivered in a special compact refrigerator bag from early morning to my home. " Khromchenko is not satisfied with dinners in restaurants and cafes.

According to the celebrity, in most catering establishments, in the cafe of the Ostankino television center, including, the dishes are excessively high in calories. “The Ostankino public catering, unfortunately, strives to feed extremely high-calorie, which does not suit me. It seems to some that 800 kcal per day is very little food, but this is not at all the case. For example, a dinner of 313 kcal: vegetable salad with tofu sauce with herbs, eggplant cream soup, herbal beef cooked at a low temperature. Is it not enough? - says Evelina.

Khromchenko advises not to give up dinner, but at the same time do not forget about healthy eating.

“For those who watch their diet, ideas for a healthy dinner are interesting. The chef offers baked turkey fillet (90 g) and baked vegetable tartare (100 g) - only 220 kcal. Plus dried fruit compote - it tastes like in my kindergarten - 9 kcal per 250 ml. Turkey is always a great idea in my opinion."
