Domestic stars are great lovers of social networking. They inform the whole world about every step they take, arrange skirmishes and publish funny and sometimes spicy photos of their colleagues. TV presenter Anfisa Chekhova can even be given something like the title of "Star of Twitter". The day before, her persona was among the most talked about in the world.

Last week, Chekhova posted her own makeup-free photos on her blog. The pictures, of course, caused a heated discussion both among visitors to the celebrity page and in various online publications. However, the large-scale virtual fame for the girl was brought not by candid photos, but by the proposal of microbloggers to nominate Anfisa in the presidential elections in Russia.

This proposal met with full understanding and support from Chekhova herself, who immediately began discussing in the service possible pre-election slogans with which she would go to the election campaign in 2012.

Carried away by the topic, the actress remembered that she was a relative of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, and almost decided to appoint Ivan Okhlobystin as prime minister. However, later Chekhova admitted that she was still too early to become the head of state. The age is not the same - she is two years short of her 35th birthday, after which she can think about running for the presidency.

The world trends of the Twitter microblogging service include words that were mentioned in 10-20 thousand messages of service users per hour, Glomu.ru specifies. In addition to the list of global trends, the Twitter service also offers a list of local trends for 33 countries, but Russia is not among them.

The name of the Russian TV presenter got into the global Twitter trends at about 14:40 Moscow time, but the corresponding hashtag (special tag) Chekhova2012 did not stay on the list of the main topics of the service for long.

In early September, the name of the Russian actor, director and screenwriter Ivan Okhlobystin got into the global Twitter trends, who announced his intention to nominate himself for the presidency of Russia. At the same time, the corresponding hashtag was written in Cyrillic.
