Ingredients:

  • 300 g herring fillet;

  • 1 large carrot;
  • 3 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • 2 pcs. beets;
  • 1 large onion;
  • thick mayonnaise, to taste;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • lemon juice.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash tubers, vegetable roots and eggs well.
  2. We boil them in different pans, carrots and potatoes can be together.
  3. Chop the peeled onion into cubes, transfer to a plate.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice to it, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. If it stands a little longer, it will only taste better.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g herring fillet;
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 beets;

  • 150 g of hard cheese;
