Mustard baths

Dissolve 100-250 grams of mustard powder in warm water, strain through cheesecloth and pour the mixture into a bath (about 200 liters). A general bath should be taken for 5-7 minutes at a water temperature of 36-38 degrees, a local bath (for hands and feet) - 10-15 minutes at a water temperature of 39-40 degrees.

Apply petroleum jelly to sensitive skin areas before taking a general bath. After finishing the procedure, rinse your body with warm water and wrap yourself in a blanket for a while.

Sea salt bath

Sea salt is rich in minerals, it speeds up the metabolism and removes excess fluid from the tissues, and also cleanses the body of toxins. Add 500 grams of sea salt to warm water and soak for up to 25 minutes. At the end, do not douse yourself with fresh water, but simply wrap yourself in a robe so that the healing effect of the salt lasts for another couple of hours.
