For about 4 years we watched the wit and joker Oscar Kuchera from the MuzTV channel. And we also heard him on the radio, saw him in the theater (if we managed to get there) or suddenly found a red-haired VJ in a series about cops. This summer we caught him on NTV - Oscar became the host of the scandalous show "Liar" and learned that Marty's zebra from the cartoon "Madagascar" speaks in his voice.

- Do you look like Marty?

- There is something in common. Basically, we all live in a zoo. Only Marty is surrounded by animals, and I am surrounded by people. I'm a funny guy too. Zebra loves adventures. Engaged in all sorts of different things. And I love doing it. But I do not want to reincarnate into someone or associate myself with someone. I want to be myself.

- But if not in his shoes, then at least in his place would you like to be?

- Everyone should be in their place. It would be fun to be on the island though. To find new friends there, to communicate with old ones.

- Well, can you ask to join the project "The Last Hero"?

- Need to think! Probably would have taken part.

- Are you drawn to extreme?

- And then! Friends call me Red. Probably for an adventurous essence. And although I have already found my real hair color a long time ago, the nickname remained.

- Can you remember the most "red-haired" act?

- Ouch! I've done so many of them in my life! I really love fast car and motorcycle racing, wakeboard, snowboard. And it takes all your free time ?! The most pleasant thing is to spend time with friends, and what accompanies this - billiards, bowling or something more risky - is no longer important. The main thing is that we are together and have a rest.

- To questions about work. You are running the Liar program. Do you have to lie in everyday life?

- Probably like any of us. Has it ever happened in someone's life to play "with feeling, with sense, with consistency"? And this is not interesting, what is the point? The rally is interesting when it happens spontaneously and is not prepared.

- But you lead the program with undisguised pleasure …

With great pleasure! Only our program is not about lies, but about the truth. We are looking for a person who speaks the truth. We give 10 thousand to those people who figure out an honest person. And liars are taken out to clean water. If you watch the program carefully, then I never lied about it. Almost … (smiles slyly - author's note).

- But you know who is 100% true! The same as the whole hall.

- I really don't know who is telling the truth, and I find out about it only at the end of the program, opening the envelope that they give me sealed just before the game.

- You are a truth-lover, however! Do you also watch political news?

- I only watch the news on TV. Channel NTV, the program "Vesti", for example. I read newspapers, Izvestia and other no less serious publications. I don’t recognize the “yellow” press.

- But it is in the "yellow" press that a lot of interesting things are written about you …

- People are always interested in digging in someone else's dirty linen, and at the same time they do not care who has soiled it.

- You are a native Muscovite. What essay on the topic "Moscow" would you write?

- I love Moscow to the point of stupidity. This is my city! I love going back to Moscow. Especially at 7 am in the summer or spring. An amazing sight is the sunrise over Kutuzovsky Prospekt. And what a view of the city at night from our 18th floor! The whole city is visible at a glance! It's so beautiful! Every time I repeat the same phrase: "Lord, what a beautiful city, how I love it!"

- But now you are driving from outside the city, where you also have a house …

- I get tired of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and there I rest from everything.

- And where do you better rest?

- Most of all I love the bedroom.

- Why is your favorite place - the bedroom, of course, and the kitchen?

- Something is constantly being prepared in it. My friends gather there to cook and consume food while talking.

- Are you a food lover and a cook ?!

- I am absolutely omnivorous. And who would refuse barbecues in the fresh air in good company? And to cook yourself … My favorite dish is potatoes with stew, so it is not difficult to cook it. I can probably do whatever I want, but I don't have the energy and time for that. Therefore, I trust people who know how to do it better than me.

- Maye, for example (wife of Oskar Kuchera, a beautiful blonde, sociologist and psychologist - author)?

- Maya is now all in care of her son, nine-month-old Sasha. They live most of the time in our Moscow apartment and rarely go out of town for a short time. For now, we are afraid to move there for the whole summer: after all, Sasha is still small and you never know what might happen. And in the city there are doctors, pharmacies, and shops nearby.

- Do you already have a specific program for raising your son?

- I want him to become a real man, and for this he has all the makings. Do you know which toy he first took in his hands and now does not part with it? Hammer! Not real, of course, a toy. With each blow, the hammer squeaks, and Sashka laughs.

- Have you already taken the first steps?

- Yeah. He also sits well and jumps when he stands in the crib or on his arms for a long time. And a month ago I started to say "mom" quite meaningfully. He is generally very talkative and musical. Sings all the time. Only so far in our own language, incomprehensible to us.

- Well, there is no doubt about the musical abilities of Alexander Oskarovich: dad is a musician, a presenter of a music channel. By the way, I can't help asking the host of MuzTV: which of our Russian performers do you like best?

- Probably more of those with whom you communicate. I like Valera Meladze, Dimka Bilan, Seryozha with Vova from "Umaturman", in terms of music - the group "Hi-Fi". I love Sasha Vasiliev very much. I appreciate people with self-irony. This is what the girls from "VIA Gra" like. But, to be honest, I don't really listen to all this music.

- And still in the know. Are there any nice and noteworthy new items on our "Olympus"?

- The Krovostok group. They work in the African American hip-hop genre. Is there something that annoys you on our TV? I do not accept vulgarity. I do not take the show for show, where each of the participants wants to stand out with some kind of scandal. You have to win your place under the sun by deed, by deed!

- What can you offer in return?

- If we talk about the MuzTV channel, then I would make a talk show with the stars. About four years ago, in the Pyramid cafe, I hosted such a broadcast. But now I would have done it on a completely different level.

- It is unlikely that the GITIS graduate forgot about the scene. Where do you play?

- Now with Lyudmila Chursina we are rehearsing for Vladimir Dubrovitsky's entreprise "The Capitoline She-Wolf". Most likely, in the new season we will play this performance.

- Was there an accident in your life that changed your life?

- All life consists of unusual twists and turns. Do you know how I got on the radio? The battery terminal in my car bounced off, I reconnected it, but all the receiver settings were lost. I started tuning and accidentally got into a new wave, where they announced the search for a guy to shoot a video. I went, they took me. And then I asked for an internship on the radio, they allowed me, and I stayed for 5 years. It was the Silver Rain radio station. And just something: a classic coincidence of accidents.

- What did you dream about as a child?

- It was not my idea: be afraid of your desires, they come true. I've always dreamed of being an actor. I dreamed of getting pleasure from work. I never dreamed of television. I just thought it was out of reach, that everything was out there by pull. But, it turns out, it is possible and so, from the street … Even pipe dreams come true!
