Ingredients:
- apricots - 1.5 kg;
- sugar - 1 kg;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- water - 50 ml;
- star anise - 3 pcs.;
- cinnamon - 1 pc.
Preparation:
Place the apricots in a bowl and pour cold water over them for a few minutes. Rinse gently and place in a colander

- Pour sugar, lemon juice and water into a saucepan. Pre-strain citrus juice.
