“Mom, we are all getting old” - sounded in my headphones, and I drove on the sixth day of the project to the clinic for injection medicine. It was scary. I realize that my skin is very, very neglected. I take care of myself somehow not regularly, then it rolls over, and I frighten with homemade masks every day, then I almost do not take care of myself, limiting myself to standard washing and creams. And there was a case - in general, she overexposed the alginate mask and almost burned her skin, having gotten an allergy. It is expensive and inconvenient to go to specialists, or lazy, or scary.

If in my 34 it was indecent to have such a wrinkle, then at 24 it was just a crime.

But the biggest mistake, even two, I made 10-15 years ago. The first - when I wore glasses with lower diopters than necessary, in other words, I saw poorly in them, so I squinted and got a very deep wrinkle between my eyebrows, which only grew over the years. If at 34 it was indecent to have such a wrinkle, then at 24 it was just a crime, but even then I had a deep furrow between my eyebrows. My second mistake - at the age of 20 I put on weight very quickly,and then also very quickly lost weight (the jump was 10 kg back and forth, which is very weighty with my 154 cm height). My skin reacted with stretch marks and sagging facial skin. With age, the manifestations worsened.

And so I got into this project. Reading the diary of the first participant, Zhenya, I kindly envied and thought how cool it would be to get an appointment with a specialist like that.

My doctor, Mekan Orazov, examined the battlefield - my face - and offered to fight the most obvious problem, that very deep wrinkle between the eyebrows. For anesthesia, I was given a cream, and I sat with it for a while until I felt numb. The procedure itself did not take much time, I trembled finely in the chair, and the doctor (candidate of sciences, by the way) injected the filler literally in 2-3 punctures. It didn't hurt at all, the skin was a little inflamed, and deep in the wrinkle a little blue appeared (sounds like a horror movie). But for the first time in many years, I saw not the deepest crease cutting through the forehead, but just a wrinkle. That is, the result is immediately noticeable. I don't know if I expected such a miracle and whether it happened (the full effect will be visible in 1-2 days, when the swelling subsides), but this is certainly a very good experience, and I finally stopped being afraid of injection medicine. It doesn’t hurt, it’s not scary, and it doesn’t disfigure the facial features. And I just need it. We compose fairy tales, invent stories and learn to communicate with ourselves. I cannot express in words how much this means to me - after all, all changes come from within, and this is largely the merit of Marina.

Well, friends, the last day of the project remains. It's a little sad, but at the same time, it's incredibly pleasant that I was lucky enough to get into this adventure. I hope you had fun with me.
