On July 11, the festival "Masters of their craft", organized by the "Business Youth" community, took place.

On the territory of "Flacon", participants gathered who presented their business, including young guys who have the largest children's agency, a popular interior design studio, a tuning laboratory, a coffee shop on wheels, a dance school, etc.

In just a few hours, the festival was attended by over 1000 people. The site has turned into a massive meeting of friends. People rode bicycles, barbecued barbecues, played ball, tried on designer outfits, made new looks from stylists, danced, studied new tuning items. Separate zones were organized for children, where animators worked.

The hit of the program was the transformers show, which chained both children and adults to itself. Huge thundering robots, blowing out smoke, transported everyone to another reality.

In the evening, people danced to live music, drank delicious tea, ate pancakes and Indian sweets.

What unites these people?

"BM is changing people's attitude to sales. We do not pay attention to the remnant of the Soviet era, when a seller, merchant, businessman became a huckster, speculator, swindler, a person who wants to impose something. We sell ourselves, we sell our solutions …", - said Mikhail Dashkiev, the founder of BM.

Why are people united in a community?

“We want people to fully realize their potential, becoming masters of their craft. They did only what they love. We didn’t agree to mediocrity in anything. We remembered that apart from professional skill there is health and close people. They didn’t expect anything from the world and from people. We surrounded ourselves with people to whom we wanted to reach … - commented Petr Osipov, founder of BM.
