Preparation:
Pre-sterilize the jars and put dill umbrellas, garlic cloves, bay leaves, mustard seeds and peppercorns, and currant leaves on the bottom

For the marinade:
- 60 g rock salt;
- 150 g sugar;
- 100 ml vinegar (9%).
Preparation:
- Pour sugar and salt into a saucepan with water, put on fire and let the loose ingredients completely dissolve.
- At this time, cut the carrots into thin rings, and also chop the onion.
- Add the pickling seasoning to the boiling brine, pour in the vinegar, stir, wait for the second boil and remove from heat.
- At the bottom of the already sterile jars, put a few slices of carrots and onion rings, then cherry, then again carrots and onions. Thus, we fill the entire container.
- Pour jars of cherry and vegetables with hot marinade with seasoning and send them to sterilize for 10-15 minutes. After we roll it up.

- Add coriander seeds, allspice and black peppercorns, peeled garlic cloves.
